Bloom Industries does not process, approve, or deny refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google. Refund requests for mobile app purchases must be submitted directly to the applicable app store.
Subscriptions purchased through the web are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe) and are subject to the refund terms presented at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise required by law, fees paid for subscriptions are non-refundable. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time to prevent future billing.
Cancellation does not retroactively refund previously paid fees.
